New Delhi, May 15 (APAC Media): The Central Government has appointed IAS Tapasya Raghav as Deputy Secretary in the Department of Higher Education for a tenure of four years.Â
The appointment was announced through the latest personnel orders issued by the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT).
 A 2013-batch officer of the AGMUT cadre, Raghav is presently serving as Special Secretary in the Department of Health and Family Welfare under the Government of Delhi. Over the years, she has held several key administrative positions, including Special Commissioner (Trade & Taxes/Health), Project Director of CATS, District Collector, Mission Director, Director, Sub-Divisional Magistrate (SDM), Assistant Secretary, and Officer on Special Duty (OSD).
Her move to the Department of Higher Education is expected to strengthen policy implementation with her extensive experience in healthcare administration, governance, and public service delivery.
