Noida, May 5 (APAC Media): Two-wheeler major Hero MotoCorp on Tuesday reported a 30% year-on-year rise in consolidated net profit to Rs 1,401 crore for the January–March quarter of FY2025–26, compared with Rs 1,081 crore in the same period last year, according to a regulatory filing.
The company’s revenue from operations rose 29% during the quarter to Rs 12,797 crores, compared with Rs 9,939 crores in the same period previous year.
The company declared a final dividend of Rs. 75 per equity share. Including the interim dividend of Rs. 110 per share, the total dividend for FY 2025–26 stands at Rs. 185 per equity share, translating to a payout of 9,250%.
Earnings Before Interest, Tax, Depreciation and Amortisation (EBITDA) for Q4 FY26 stood at Rs. 1,856 crores, compared with Rs. 1,416 crores in the same period last year, reflecting a 31% increase, the company said in a filing.
The auto major reported a sales volume of 17.14 lakh motorcycles and scooters in Q4 FY26, marking a 24% increase over the corresponding period of the previous fiscal year.

VIDA, Hero MotoCorp’s emerging mobility business, reported a landmark performance in FY26, achieving its highest-ever retail sales with a record 190% year-on-year growth.
The VIDA VX2 series expanded the brand’s presence in the mass market, while the launch of DIRT.E K3 marked a key step in its vision to redefine the future of mobility for a new generation.
The company’s global business closed FY26 at an all-time high, registering 40% year-on-year growth, supported by steady performance across key international markets.
Hero MotoCorp also expanded its footprint to 52 countries, entering new markets in Europe and the United Kingdom, strengthening its position as a global mobility player.
The Harley-Davidson business posted a 26% year-on-year increase in dispatch volumes, driven by the successful launch of the H-D X440 T, brand-building initiatives, and network expansion.
The company increased its touchpoints from over 100 in FY25 to more than 150 in FY26, improving accessibility and customer experience across major markets in India.
Hero MotoCorp, headquartered in New Delhi, is the world’s largest two-wheeler manufacturer by volume for over two decades. Founded in 1984 by Dr. Brijmohan Lall Munjal, the company sells motorcycles and scooters across more than 52 countries. It is known for commuter models such as the Splendor and is expanding into electric mobility through its VIDA brand and premium motorcycles via its partnership with Harley-Davidson.
