Gangtok, May 2 (APAC Media): As part of a minor bureaucratic reshuffle, the Sikkim government has transferred three IAS officers. IAS Agawane Rohan Ramesh has been appointed as the District Collector of Gangtok.
He previously served as the Collector of Pakyong. Earlier in his career, he also served as the Additional District Collector of Gangtok District.Â
Additionally, IAS Tushar Gajanan Nikhare, District Collector of Gangtok, has been transferred and posted as Secretary, Planning and Development Department.
Moreover, IAS Pari Bishnoi, who was serving as Deputy Resident Commissioner at Sikkim House, New Delhi, has been appointed as District Collector of Pakyong District under the Land Revenue and Disaster Management Department.
The reshuffle aims to strengthen governance and improve administrative efficiency across key departments.
