New Delhi, June 30(APAC Media): Salesforce has made its products available through AWS Marketplace in India, allowing businesses to purchase and deploy its enterprise software using Amazon’s cloud marketplace. The move is aimed at simplifying software procurement for companies that already use AWS while expanding access to Salesforce’s AI and cloud offerings.
The offering includes Agentforce, Salesforce’s platform for building and managing AI agents, along with Data 360, which brings together enterprise data to support AI-driven applications. Businesses can also access products such as Agentforce Sales, Agentforce Service, Slack and Tableau Next through AWS Marketplace.
The launch gives Indian enterprises another procurement option by enabling them to buy Salesforce products through a platform they may already use for cloud infrastructure. It also offers features such as consolidated billing, customised pricing and a single dashboard to manage software purchases, which can help simplify IT and finance operations.
The announcement comes as more organisations in India are increasing investments in enterprise AI and automation. Companies are looking for ways to integrate AI tools into existing workflows without adding complexity to technology management. Making Salesforce products available through AWS Marketplace is expected to reduce deployment time for customers already operating on Amazon Web Services.
Salesforce and AWS have been working together since 2016 across cloud infrastructure and enterprise software. The latest expansion strengthens that partnership in India as businesses continue adopting AI-powered applications for customer service, sales, analytics and business operations. The availability of Agentforce also reflects the growing focus on AI agents as enterprises explore new ways to automate routine tasks while using business data more effectively.
