Noida, Sep 18 (APAC Media): The National Testing Agency (NTA) has released its proposed examination calendar for the December 2026 to March 2027 cycle, outlining the tentative schedule for 14 examinations, including JEE (Main), UGC NET, CMAT and CUET (PG).
The calendar provides candidates with an advance view of the examination schedule to help them plan preparation, revision and other academic commitments. The agency, however, has made it clear that the dates are tentative and may be revised due to administrative, academic, statutory, logistical or other unforeseen circumstances.

JEE Main in January
Among the examinations listed, JEE (Main) Session 1 is proposed to be held across six examination days between January 22 and January 30, with January 31 kept as a buffer date. The examination is expected to be a key milestone for engineering aspirants preparing for the 2027 admission cycle.
The UGC NET December Cycle is proposed for December 14-19, while the Joint CSIR UGC NET is scheduled for December 20-21.
Dates Subject to Change
The NTA has advised candidates not to consider the proposed dates as final. Detailed notifications for individual examinations will provide information on registration, application deadlines, examination centres, admit cards and other requirements.
Candidates should therefore regularly monitor official NTA announcements and avoid relying on unverified social media posts or unofficial examination schedules.
