New Delhi, Sep 25(APAC Media): Sudeep Anurag has joined IndiGo (InterGlobe Aviation) as Director of HR Analytics and Transformation, bringing experience in people analytics, workforce strategy, AI and GenAI in HR, and organisational transformation.
Anurag moves to IndiGo after working across leading consulting and technology firms. He previously served as Associate Director and Manager at Deloitte and held managerial roles at Bain & Company.
Earlier in his career, Anurag worked as a Senior Consulting Analyst at Aon and held roles at Cognizant Technology Solutions, including Associate-Analytics and Programmer Analyst.
His experience spans HR analytics, workforce planning, advanced analytics, human capital strategy, and business transformation. In his new role at IndiGo, he will focus on HR analytics and transformation as the airline continues to use data and technology across its workforce and people-management functions.
