The Uttarakhand Government has elevated Anand Bardhan, IAS to the Grade of Additional Chief Secretary. An order to this effect was released by the Government of Uttarakhand on April 12.
Anand Bardhan is a 1992 batch officer of Uttarakhand cadre. Bardhan is currently serving as Principal Secretary, Forest and Environment, Excise, Higher Education, Watershed Management. Also, he is holding the post of Chief Project Director, Watershed Management and Infrastructure Development Commissioner.
