New Delhi: Byju’s parent entity, Think and Learn, recently elevated Jiny Thattil as their new Chief Technology Officer (CTO), replacing the outgoing Anil Goel. Goel had been serving as the company’s CTO for the past three years.
Thattil has been serving Byju’s as their senior vice president of engineering, delivering crucial business and customer outcomes. His career spans over 25 years, with experience in advertising, analytics, business intelligence, e-commerce, healthcare, online banking, payments, personal finance and transportation.
Previously, Thattil has also worked with companies like Amazon, GE Healthcare, Happay and InMobi. His appointment comes during the company’s ongoing reorganisation of its team of leaders.
Arjun Mohan, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Byju’s India operations is overseeing the restructuring exercise. Mohan recently replaced former CEO Mrinal Mohit.
