Hyderabad: In a recent bureaucratic reshuffle, the Telangana government has transferred 10 IAS officers.
List of bureaucrats and their new postings:
IAS Arvind Kumar, the Special Chief Secretary of Municipal Administration, has been appointed the Special Chief Secretary of Revenue (Disaster Management), relieving him of his additional duties as Commissioner, HMDA Metropolitan Commissioner and Municipal Administration. Kumar is taking over from IAS Rahul Bojja.
Bojja has been appointed the Secretary of the General Administration Department, and will continue to hold full additional charge as the Secretary and Commissioner of the Scheduled Castes Development Department. He is taking over charge from IAS V. Seshadri, who has been appointed as Secretary to the Chief Minister.
IAS M. Dana Kishore, the Managing Director of the Hyderabad Water Board, has been appointed as Principal Secretary of Municipal Administration, succeeding IAS Arvind Kumar.
IAS B. Venkatesham, previously the Principal Secretary of the Backward Classes Welfare Department, has been posted as the Principal Secretary of Education Department, and will hold the additional charge as the Collegiate Education Commissioner.
Venkatesham is taking charge from IAS Vakati Karuna, who has been appointed as the Secretary and Commissioner of Women, Child, Disabled, and Senior citizens department, replacing IAS Shruti Ojha.
IAS A. Vani Prasad, the former Principal Secretary of the Transport department, has been appointed the Principal Secretary of the Environment, Forests, and Science & Technology Department, relieving Chief Secretary IAS A. Santi Kumari.
IAS Christina Z. Chongthu, the Commissioner of Commercial Taxes, has been reassigned as the Secretary of Health and Family Welfare.
IAS T.K. Sridevi is taking over from Chongthu as the Commissioner in the Finance department.
IAS C. Sudarshan Reddy, the Secretary, Municipal Administration department, has been appointed the Managing Director of the Hyderabad Metro Water Board, succeeding IAS M. Dana Kishore.
IAS R.V. Karnan, serving as the Collector of Nalgonda, has been reassigned as the Director of the Health and Family Welfare.
