New Delhi: Tarun Chhabra, the senior vice president and the head of mobile networks at Nokia, was recently appointed as the company’s India head. A company statement confirmed the same, marking his appointment effective from April 2024.
Chhabra succeeds Sanjay Malik, who is set to conclude his tenure at Nokia effective March 31, 2024. As the new India head, Chhabra will report to the president of Mobile Networks at Nokia, Tommi Uitto, overseeing Nokia’s India business and the Indian market.
Beginning his career with Siemens India, Chhabra has worked for companies like Motorola India, OMC Power, Samsung Electronics and eVolution Networks.
