Genpact and Microsoft collaborate to drive AI adoption in finance sector

New Delhi: Genpact has formed a partnership with Microsoft to lead the process of integrating artificial intelligence (AI) in finance organisations around the world. The collaboration will leverage data, technology, and AI to promote innovation within the finance departments of various enterprises.

The collaboration will combine Microsoft Azure OpenAI Service with Genpact’s finance and accounting services, and help organisations reach better decisions using data and AI.

The use of Genpact’s Azure OpenAI Service has shown promising progress in modernising finance functions all over the world. The initiative has helped businesses get insights faster, and has lead to better support in the development of up-to-date finance data and analytics strategies.

Additionally, Genpact is updating its internal finance operations through Microsoft’s AI tools to transform finance functions for external clients.
