New Delhi: IRS officer Manoj Kumar has been posted as the new Chief Vigilance Officer (CVO) at the Jawahar Lal Nehru Port Authority (JNPA), Mumbai, under the Ministry of Ports, Shipping and Waterways. Kumar’s appointment was recently announced by the Department of Personnel & Training (DoPT) on April 23.
The Indian Revenue Service (IRS) officer of the 2003 batch, will serve as the CVO of JNPA for an initial period of three years from the date of assuming office, or until further notice, as per the DoPT order. He succeeds IRTS officer Vidyadhar A Malegaonkar.
