Bhopal: In a significant bureaucratic restructuring, the Madhya Pradesh government transferred 10 senior IAS officers. These officers include IAS S N Mishra, who has been appointed as the Additional Chief Secretary (ACS) of the Home Department. Mishra will succeed IAS Sanjay Dube, who has been appointed Principal Secretary (PS) of the Science and Technology Department.
- IAS Mohammad Suleiman has been appointed as the Agriculture Production Commissioner (APC). In the reorganization, Suleiman, who had previously served as the Additional Chief Secretary of the Health and Family Welfare Department, succeeded Mishra as the APC. An official stated that Mishra will maintain his position as the ACS of the Transport Department.
- In lieu of IAS D P Ahuja, ACS K C Gupta, who was previously responsible for the Higher Education Department, will now serve in the same capacity in the Public Works Department.
- IAS Ahuja will now serve as the PS for the Fishermen Welfare and Fisheries Development Department.
- In the same vein, Vivek Kumar Porwal, the Principal Secretary of the Health Department, has been appointed as the Principal Secretary of the Revenue Department and as the Commissioner of the Relief and Rehabilitation Wing.
- IAS Dipali Rastogi, who was previously the PS of the Cooperation Department, has been appointed as the PS of the Panchayat and Rural Development Department. Aniruddha Mukherjee, who was previously the PS of the AYUSH Department, has been transferred to Delhi as an Officer on Special Duty (OSD).
- Sandeep Yadav, the Managing Director (MD) of Madhyam and the PS of the Public Relations (PR) Department, has been appointed as the PS of the Health and Family Welfare Department.
- In his place, Sudam P Khade will assume the role of the MD of Madhyam and will also be responsible for the Secretary of the PR Department.
