NetApp names Ganesan Arumugam as APAC Senior Director

Bengaluru: NetApp, a data infrastructure company, has appointed Ganesan Arumugam as its Senior Director for APAC Channel Sales and Alliances. The company creates silos-free infrastructure by combining unified data storage, integrated data services, and CloudOps solutions for efficient data management.

Ganesan brings more than three decades of experience in the technology sector, having experience in managing channels and sales with renowned global enterprises including Symantec, VMware, Hitachi Data Systems, IBM, and Novell.

In his new role at NetApp, he is tasked with enhancing the capabilities and skillsets of the technical communities within the Partner Organizations. He will be responsible for coordinating with both global and regional market leaders to develop and implement NetApp’s channel strategy across the Asia Pacific region. He will report directly to Andrew Sotiropoulos, Senior Vice President and General Manager for NetApp Asia Pacific.
