New Delhi: GoKwik has named Sharad Gupta as its new Senior Director of Products. Gupta, who has worked with companies like Swiggy, Dineout, and Paytm, will focus on making online shopping smoother by enhancing checkout and payment processes.
In his previous roles, Gupta helped launch initiatives like Swiggy’s collaboration with IRCTC for train food delivery and worked on boosting customer engagement at Dineout. At Paytm, he contributed to improving customer support systems.
At GoKwik, Gupta will lead efforts to streamline the checkout experience for its partner brands, which include popular names like Lenskart, Shoppers Stop, and Neemans. The company currently works with over 10,000 brands across various sectors, serving millions of shoppers.
