Prudent Insurance Brokers, has appointed Mr. Amjad Khan as Chief Growth Officer for International and Employee Benefits Business with immediate effect.
In his new role, Amjad Khan will spearhead the company’s growth strategy with a focus on expanding market share, building new business verticals, improvising client retention and strengthening the service excellence proposition for the overall employee benefit practice on pan India basis with a strong emphasis on international business.
Mr. Amjad Khan brings over two decades of experience in the insurance sector and has held various leadership positions in companies such as Anand Rathi Insurance Brokers, JB Boda Insurance Broking, Medimanage Insurance Broking Pvt Ltd, Karvy Private Wealth, Shriram General Insurance Co Ltd, Birla Insurance Advisory Services Ltd, and ICICI Lombard General Insurance Co Ltd.
Holding an expertise in Benefits Consulting, Healthcare Strategy, International Business Practice, Workplace Wellness & Affinity Solutions, Mr. Amjad Khan has also successfully led strategic growth initiatives and high-performing teams across various domains in the employee health and benefits space pan India.
His expertise in employee benefits insurance solutions for the B2B segment, building specialised teams for MNC clients and innovating the preventive healthcare space coupled with Prudent’s market leadership position will create a value proposition far ahead of current market standards.

Mr. Amjad Khan holds a B. Com degree in business management from R.A. Podar College of Business and Economics, and an MBA degree in marketing and insurance from GICED – Mumbai University. He also holds an associate position in general insurance from the Insurance Institute of India.
