Mahindra Holidays and Resorts India Appoints Tanvi Chowksi As New CHRO

Tanvi Choksi has been named the new Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) of Mahindra Holidays and Resorts India, with effect from January 1.

Tanvi shared on LinkedIn, “As we step into 2025, I reflect on the incredible chapter I’ve just closed at JLL—a place that has been so much more than just a workplace. While I’m excited about what’s ahead, I will always treasure the lessons and relationships I’ve built here.” She expressed gratitude to the JLL family for their trust, collaboration, and inspiration.

Tanvi brings more than 20 years of experience to Mahindra Holidays from JLL, where she oversaw the Asia Pacific region’s people strategy. She oversaw the Markets and Capital Markets Business Lines of JLL, which employed 43,000 people.

Tanvi’s credentials as an accomplished HR leader are further cemented by her senior positions at Johnson & Johnson and Monsanto throughout her career.

Tanvi’s experience will be used to boost employee engagement and organisational growth into 2025 and beyond as Mahindra Holidays strives to bolster its HR leadership.
