New Delhi: UltraTech Cement has appointed Adit Ahuja as the Joint President – Human Resources. He will oversee HR functions across cement marketing, sales, logistics, and commercial operations, along with the Ready-Mix Concrete (RMC) and Building Products Division (BPD).

Ahuja has also worked with Tata Consumer Products and Tata Group in HR leadership roles, contributing to talent acquisition, performance management, and HR transformation. His expertise spans HR strategy, organizational development, and rewards management.
