New Delhi: The Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT) has issued appointment and re-designation notifications for two officers from the 2011 batch of their respective services.
As per the notification, IPS Aditya Pratap Singh, an officer of the Madhya Pradesh cadre, has been appointed as Director in the Ministry of New & Renewable Energy for a tenure of five years.
Singh, known for his expertise in administration and law enforcement, is expected to contribute significantly to the ministry’s policies and initiatives aimed at promoting sustainable energy solutions.
Additionally, IRAS Shruti Singhal, currently holding the position of Deputy Secretary, has been re-designated as Director at the National Recruitment Agency (NRA).
Her tenure has been extended till 23 May 2028, effective from 24 May 2023.
The NRA plays a crucial role in streamlining the recruitment process for government jobs and Singhal’s leadership is anticipated to enhance efficiency in its operations.
These appointments highlight the government’s focus on placing experienced officers in key administrative roles.
