New Delhi: DFM Foods has appointed Richa Saraswat as its new Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). Richa took to LinkedIn to confirm her new move, “I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as Chief Human Resources Officer at DFM Foods Ltd.”
Saraswat brings over 16 years of extensive HR experience in international markets to this leadership position.
Currently serving as a key member of the India Region HR Leadership Team, Richa leads regional teams in advancing initiatives that align talent acquisition with organisational goals.​
Richa’s expertise spans a comprehensive range of HR functions, including talent acquisition, employer branding, HR business partnering, talent management, employee engagement, culture building, capability development, change management, and diversity and inclusion.
Notably, she has successfully led global talent acquisition efforts, fostering cross-regional collaboration and implementing best practices to attract and retain top talent.​
