Noida: Medanta has opened a new 550-bed super speciality hospital in Noida, adding significant tertiary and quaternary care capacity in the National Capital Region. The facility, located in Sector 50 with direct metro access, was inaugurated on 27 November 2025 by Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath.
The opening marks Medanta’s latest expansion in Uttar Pradesh, where demand for advanced medical services has continued to rise across Noida and Western UP. State officials noted that the new hospital is expected to support ongoing efforts to strengthen regional healthcare access.
The hospital offers care across more than 25 specialities, including cardiology, oncology, neurosciences, gastroenterology and orthopaedics. It includes over 130 ICU beds, 16 operating theatres and a range of diagnostic and interventional systems such as a 3T MRI, a 256-slice dual-source CT scanner, a PET scan system and a gamma camera. The facility is also equipped with the Da Vinci XI robotic platform, the Artis Icono Biplane Cath Lab used for cardiac and neurovascular procedures, and the Varian Edge TruBeam radiosurgery system.
Medanta said over 200 doctors have joined the hospital ahead of its launch and that the facility is projected to generate an estimated 5,000–7,000 direct and indirect jobs. According to the organisation, the Noida unit has been developed under its doctor-led operational model, with a focus on high-acuity care backed by advanced infrastructure.
The hospital’s leadership stated that the expansion responds to growing patient loads in Delhi-NCR and neighbouring districts, where the requirement for dependable, higher-end medical services has steadily increased. They said the facility is intended to address service gaps in the region by offering comprehensive, technology-enabled care within a multi-speciality setting.
