Agartala: As part of a significant administrative overhaul, the Tripura government has transferred four Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officers. Accordingly, IAS Chiranjiv Anand has been appointed Tax Commissioner in Agartala.
Anand previously served as the SDM of Jampuijala.
The list of other transfers includes
- IAS Deepak Kumar, who most recently served as the SDM of Kanchanpur, has been appointed Director of Industries and Commerce, Agartala, and will also hold the charge of Managing Director, Tripura Industrial Development Corporation (TIDC).
- IAS Gagulvath Sarath Nayak, previously SDM of Kamalpur, has been designated as the CEO of Ayushman Bharat. Additionally, he will serve as Executive Secretary, THPS, and ABDM State Mission Director.
- IAS Saju Waheed A., currently the Mission Director of the National Health Mission, Tripura, has been relieved of his additional responsibility as CEO of Ayushman Bharat.
