New Delhi: Bharat Forge has entered into a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Germany-based Agile Robots S.E. to explore a strategic collaboration in AI-driven robotics and intelligent industrial automation.
The partnership aims to jointly develop and deploy advanced automation solutions across civilian manufacturing sectors, including automotive, healthcare and consumer electronics.
The collaboration brings together Bharat Forge’s deep manufacturing and industrial domain expertise with Agile Robots’ capabilities in intelligent robotics and automation.
Under the MoU, the two companies will work towards co-developing customised solutions for manufacturing, industrial consumer packaged goods (CPG) and logistics, while adapting Agile Robots’ existing technologies for the Indian and Southeast Asian markets.
A key focus area of the partnership is the development and deployment of next-generation vision- and AI-based robotic systems.
These solutions are intended to support the creation of fully autonomous, or “dark,†factories, enabling higher efficiency, precision and scalability in industrial operations.
