Noida, May 26 (APAC Media): EID Parry on Tuesday reported a 36% year-on-year decline in consolidated net profit to Rs 12,483 crore for the March-ended FY2025–26 period, compared with Rs 19,510 crore in the corresponding year-ago period.
The consolidated revenue from operations for the quarter ended March 31, 2026, rose 15.7% year-on-year to Rs 7,882 crore, compared with Rs 6,811 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous year.
The Board of Directors of Coromandel International Ltd, a subsidiary of the company, has approved a final dividend of Rs 2 per share. The estimated dividend inflow and income for the company is expected to be around Rs 3,279 lakh, the company said. The decision was taken at the board meeting held on May 7, 2026.
EBITDA for the quarter ended March 31, 2026, rose 5.4% year-on-year to Rs 660 crore (excluding exceptional items), compared with Rs 626 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous year.
“The revenues of the sugar segment were at Rs. 466 crores for the quarter ended 31st March 2026 as compared to Rs. 408 crores in the corresponding quarter of the previous year. Profit before interest and tax was Rs. 78 crores for the quarter ended 31st March 2026 as compared to a profit of Rs. 56 crores for the corresponding quarter of the previous year on account of better realisation and cost optimisation measures taken by the company.” Muthiah Murugappan, Chief Executive Officer, said.

EID Parry’s Sugar & Biofuel division reported a profit before interest and tax (PBIT) of Rs 67 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2026, up from Rs 26 crore in the corresponding period of the previous year.
The Farm Inputs division posted a PBIT of Rs 365 crore, compared with Rs 398 crore in the year-ago quarter.
The Nutraceuticals division reported a PBIT of Rs 8 crore, down from Rs 11 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous year.
