Chennai, May 19 (APAC Media): The Tamil Nadu government has transferred over 10 IAS officers as part of the ongoing bureaucratic reshuffle in the state. IAS Gagandeep Singh Bedi has been appointed as the Additional Chief Secretary of the Municipal Administration and Water Supply Department.
The list of other key transfers includes
- IAS Anil Meshram has been appointed as the Secretary of the Energy Department.
- IAS P. Amudha has been appointed as the Secretary of the Cooperation, Food, and Consumer Protection Department.
- IAS Satyabrata Sahoo has been made the Secretary of the Water Resources Department.
- IAS Shuchonngam Jatak Chiru has become the Secretary of the Public Works Department.
- IAS M. Vallalar has been appointed as the Secretary of the Transport Department.
- IAS K. S. Palanisamy has been made the Secretary, Revenue and Disaster Management Department.
- IAS V. Dakshinamoorthy has been appointed as the Secretary of the Backward Classes, Most Backward Classes, and Minorities Welfare Department.
- IAS Sajjansingh R. Chavan has been appointed as the Secretary of the Youth Welfare and Sports Development Department.
- IAS Prashant M. Wadnere has been appointed as the Secretary of the Rural Development and Panchayat Raj Department.
- IAS G. K. Arun Sundar Thayalan has been made the Inspector General of the Registration Department.
- IAS G. Lakshmipathy has been made the Joint Secretary of the Finance Department.
- IAS T. Anand has been placed at the disposal of the Chennai Metropolitan Water Supply and Sewerage Board for appointment as Managing Director.
