New Delhi, June 18 (APAC Media): The Fourth India, Netherlands Cyber talks was held in New Delhi on June 16 – 17, 2026, as both countries continued efforts to strengthen cooperation in cyber and digital areas.
The meeting was co-chaired by Amit A. Shukla from India’s Ministry of External Affairs and Ernst Noorman from the Netherlands Foreign Ministry.

The talks were based on the India – Netherlands Strategic Partnership Roadmap (2026–2030), launched during the visit of Prime Minister of India to the Netherlands in May 2026.
Both sides discussed the growing cyber threats and shared views on key issues. These included national cyber policies, digital public infrastructure, data protection, and action against cybercrime.
They also talked about cooperation between law enforcement agencies.
At the global level, both countries discussed work at the United Nations, the UN Cybercrime Convention, AI governance, and other international efforts on cybersecurity and digital security.
The talks also focused on improving practical cooperation between the two countries. This includes closer coordination between law enforcement agencies and Computer Emergency Response Teams (CERTs).
Both sides discussed joint training programmes and capacity-building efforts. They also looked at ways to protect critical digital infrastructure and reduce risks in supply chains.
The Indian delegation included officials from the Ministries of External Affairs, Home Affairs, Defence, and Electronics and IT.
It also included teams from CERT-In, NCIIPC, and the Indian Cybercrime Coordination Centre (I4C).
The Dutch side included representatives from the Ministries of Foreign Affairs, Health, Economic Affairs, and Justice and Security.
They were joined by the Netherlands Police, the National Cyber Security Centre (NCSC), Z-CERT, and the Public Prosecution Office.
