New Delhi, July 17(APAC Media): NIIT University has partnered with ServiceNow to introduce AI and cloud technology training for engineering students. The collaboration will bring industry-focused learning to BTech programmes as companies continue to look for graduates with practical AI and digital transformation skills.
Under the partnership, students enrolled in Computer Science & Engineering, AI & Data Science, and Cyber Security courses will get access to ServiceNow’s learning programmes. The curriculum will cover cloud platform development, enterprise workflow automation, digital transformation and basic concepts of Agentic AI, helping students understand how AI can automate business processes.
Students will also be able to prepare for ServiceNow’s Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Application Developer (CAD) certifications while pursuing their degree. The addition of these certification pathways reflects the increasing demand for professionals with hands-on experience in enterprise software and AI platforms.
Commenting on the development, NIIT University President Prof. Prakash Gopalan said the partnership is aimed at combining classroom learning with industry-recognised certifications and practical training. Sumeet Mathur, Senior Vice President and Managing Director, ServiceNow India Technology and Business Center, said the collaboration will help students build AI and cloud skills while earning globally recognised certifications, supporting the company’s goal of preparing more learners for an AI-driven workforce.
