Patna: The Bihar government has transferred eight Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officers to new postings. The transfers come after the Assembly elections in the state.
Senthil Kumar has been appointed as Commissioner Koshi Division.
Balamurugan D has been appointed as Project Director, Rural Livelihood Project with additional charge of Special Secretary, Rural Development and OSD Disaster Management. He was working as Additional Chief Election Officer in the Election Department.
Gopal Meena has been appointed Special Secretary, Minor Water Resources Department. Sanjay Kumar Singh, working as Additional Chief Election Officer, has been made State Project Director, Bihar Education Project Council with additional charge of OSD, Disaster Management.
Ms Ranjita has been appointed Commissioner, Labour Resources Department with additional charge of Director, Planning and Aditional CEO, Bihar Skill Development Mission.
Vinod Singh Gunjiyal has been appointed Director, Animal Husbandry. Amrendra Prasad Singh is appointed Special Secretary, Industry Department.
Kartikey Dhanji Buddhabhatti, who was working as Director, Animal Husbandry, has now been transferred Excise Department as Commissioner with additional charge of MD, Beverage Corporation.
