Bangalore: FPSB India and IIM Bangalore have signed an MoU to boost financial literacy and career growth in India. They plan to launch a special program in Financial Planning for both professionals and students, addressing the rising need for advanced financial planning education. By combining their knowledge, they aim to create a curriculum that meets industry requirements.
Through their collaboration, FPSB India will award five scholarships based on merit to help individuals become Certified Financial Planner professionals. They will also jointly host workshops, seminars, and conferences, providing chances for industry professionals and students to share knowledge and network.
Krishan Mishra, CEO of FPSB India, said, “We want to give students great chances to do well in this field and help it grow.” Professor Rishikesha T Krishnan, Director of IIM Bangalore, said, “Together, we’ll give future finance professionals the skills and knowledge they need for today’s business world.”
