New Delhi: IFS officer T Armstrong Changsan has been appointed the Ambassador of India to the Republic of Cuba. The 1997-batch Indian Foreign Service (IFS) is current serving as the Joint Secretary in the Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) and is expected to commence his new role soon.
Changsan has over two decades of experience where he has served in various capacities in South Africa, Nigeria and Japan. He was also the Ambassador to India in Iceland.
