Vijayawada: The Andhra Pradesh Board of Secondary Education (BSEAP) has announced the 2024 AP Secondary School Certificate (SSC) 10th results have been released. 86.69% of students have successfully passed the examination, with female students outperforming their male counterparts. The board revealed a pass rate of 89.17% for female students, whereas male students achieved a pass rate of 84.32%. The results were released by the Commissioner of School Education Department, IAS Suresh Kumar S.
The Andhra Pradesh Board of Secondary Education (BSEAP) officially announced the results, accessible through the BSEAP website (bse.ap.gov.in) using individual roll numbers and roll codes. District-wise, Parvathipuram Manyam district has the highest pass percentage of 96.37%, while Kurnool district recorded the lowest pass rate at 62.47%.
This year’s examination took place between March 18 to March 30, with over 6.3 lakh students participating. The AP board also aided visually impaired students by providing them with audio question papers.
In the previous year, English medium students surpassed Telugu medium students in performance. Out of 432,641 English medium students, 349,673 passed, accounting for an 80.82% pass rate. Conversely, in the Telugu medium, out of 168,107 students, 84,047 passed, resulting in a 50% pass rate.
