Noida: Ashok Madaan has assumed the role of Vice President & Head of Enterprise Fresher Cadre Management at HCL Technologies, effective July 2024. With over 30 years of experience in talent development and management, Madaan’s career spans various leadership roles within HCL, including Associate Vice President and Head of Learning & Development for Engineering and R&D Services.
In his previous tenure, Madaan spearheaded impactful initiatives such as the Freshers Train and Deploy program and received accolades like the Brandon Hall Group Gold award for mobile learning excellence. His new role at HCLTech entails building a Skill First Organization and implementing a Skill-based Talent Management Model (SBTM) across the enterprise.
Madaan holds an MBA in International Business and completed the CHRO Leadership Certification Program from Cornell University ILR School. His appointment underscores HCLTech’s commitment to enhancing its talent development strategy and reinforcing its position in the technology sector.
