Reinventing Marketing Strategies Post Digitization
Simone Pious highlighted the profound impact of digital transformation on marketing communication. As customer interactions span multiple touchpoints, ensuring a consistent and relevant message has become crucial for modern marketers. “The integration of data across various channels is now essential as consumer behavior has shifted. Customers interact with brands through multiple touchpoints, making it crucial for marketers to ensure consistent and relevant communication across all channels,” she reiterated.
In a landscape driven by AI and hyper-competition, there is a constant necessity of data-driven and customer-centric approaches. Successful marketing today requires a deep understanding of customer personas and addressing specific needs rather than merely promoting products. Abin Chacko Moozhiyll explored how digitization is prompting a reinvention of marketing strategies in this context.
