Hyderabad: Ozonetel, a unified customer experience intelligence (CXi) platform, has appointed Shalil Gupta as Managing Director (Global Growth). In this role, Gupta will focus on expanding Ozonetel’s presence in global markets, building a robust CX consulting practice, and driving overall business growth.
With over 25 years of experience in leadership roles across prominent organizations such as Hindustan Times, IDC, and GE Capital Services, Gupta brings a wealth of expertise to Ozonetel.
His appointment comes as the company ramps up investments in both talent and technology to enhance its AI-powered CXi platform, aiming to cover all touchpoints across the customer lifecycle.
