Kolkata: The West Bengal Government orchestrated a bureaucratic reshuffle, transferring 39 Indian Administrative Service (IAS) Officers across the state. This includes IAS K Radhika Aiyar (2011 batch), the current District Magistrate of Purba Bardhaman. Aiyar has been transferred and posted to the Health and Family Welfare Department. She has been replaced by IAS Ayesha Rani (2009 batch), the incumbent Divisional Commissioner of Medinipur range.
Apart from this, other prominent transfers include:
IAS Sana Akhtar, the current Additional District Magistrate (ADM) of Purba Bardhaman, has been replaced by IAS Prateek Singh, former Sub-Divisional Officer of Canning.
IAS Subhashini E has replaced IAS Shiraz Daneswar as the ADM of Paschim Bardhaman.
IAS Tamil Oviya S and IAS Anuj Pratap Singh have replaced IAS Aditi Chaudhary and IAS Kuhuk Bhishan as ADMs of Hooghly.
IAS Divya Murugeshan has replaced IAS Rishin Ismail as the ADM of Howrah.
