Bengaluru: Avathon, previously known as SparkCognition, has announced its rebranding along with plans to triple its workforce in India within the next two years. The company is focusing on expanding its team in areas like product development, R&D, and customer support as part of its push into industrial AI.
CEO Pervinder Johar highlighted India’s critical role in this strategy, noting that the country is becoming a key hub for AI innovations, especially in industries like energy, aviation, and supply chain. Johar mentioned that the company’s aim is to integrate AI into traditional systems to enhance efficiency and sustainability.
