Currently based in Boston, she drives key initiatives in building scalable solutions for Amazon’s global workforce and leading cutting-edge AI projects. Apeksha plays an influential role in driving product innovation and customer satisfaction by forging collaboration with product managers and stakeholders in Amazon.
With years of experience architecting scalable distributed solutions, Apeksha has witnessed the transformative shift in building enterprise solutions without AI to integrating AI across nearly every aspect of engineering. The year 2024 has marked a significant increase in the adoption of AI by organizations from 33% in 2023 to 65% in 2024 according to McKinsey 2024 report. Apeksha believes that AI is fundamentally reshaping key areas of product development and operations. From customer onboarding to transforming how engineering teams write code, troubleshoot issues, and manage post-launch operations, AI is driving significant progress. She promotes the use of AI tools for coding and documentation within her team at Amazon, resulting in substantial productivity gains.
