New Delhi: In a recent administrative reshuffle within the Delhi government, IAS Shelly Rathi, a 2021-batch officer of the DANICS cadre, has been appointed as the Joint Secretary to the Chief Minister of Delhi, Rekha Gupta.
Before this new assignment, IAS Shelly Rathi served as the Sub-Divisional Magistrate (SDM) of Kapashera in the Revenue Department.
During her tenure, she was recognized for her effective leadership in managing local governance, public service delivery, and law enforcement. Her commitment to administrative efficiency and responsiveness earned her widespread appreciation.
In her new role, IAS Rathi is expected to leverage her experience in public administration to support the Chief Minister’s Office in handling key governmental affairs and contributing to strategic decision-making processes.
