Lockton is delighted to announce the appointment of Anand Kaul as Managing Director – Transactional Lines.
In this role, Anand will lead and expand Lockton India’s transactional liability offerings, focusing on providing specialized risk solutions to clients involved in mergers and acquisitions, private equity and other complex transactions.
Anand will also drive market leadership by leveraging Lockton’s global expertise to develop bespoke solutions, empowering dealmakers in India with innovative and effective risk management approaches.
With 17 years of experience in insurance broking, including over a decade specialising in transactional liability solutions, Anand brings deep expertise in structuring risk transfer mechanisms for M&A transactions, private equity (PE) firms, venture capital (VC) funds, and corporate clients.
Prior to joining Lockton, Anand led transaction liability teams at leading global brokers such as JLT and Aon, playing a pivotal role in structuring complex risk transfer solutions for private equity, venture capital, and corporate clients.
