New Delhi: BLS Internal Services Ltd, a global provider of tech-enabled citizen services, has been awarded a work order worth approximately Rs 2,055.35 crore by the Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI).
Under this new contract, the company will establish and operate District-Level Aadhaar Seva Kendras (ASKs) across the country.
The new centres will serve as core facilities for Aadhaar enrolment, demographic and biometric updates and other Aadhaar-linked citizen services.
These centres will cater to both appointment-based and walk-in visitors, further strengthening UIDAI’s mission of delivering secure and accessible identity solutions to every resident in India.
BLS International will take full responsibility for setting up and managing the ASKs under UIDAI’s supervision.
The development further reinforces the company’s position as a key government partner, adding to its global presence in more than 70 countries where it delivers governance, financial inclusion and citizen service projects.
