Lucknow: In a recent bureaucratic reshuffle, the Uttar Pradesh government has transferred eight officers of the Indian Police Service (IPS). Accordingly, IPS Ram Sewak Gautam has been appointed as the new Superintendent of Police (SP) of Moradabad.
Gautam previously served as the SP of Shamli.
Other transfers include
IPS Arvind Mishra (2015 batch), currently SP, Kanpur Dehat, has been made SP of the Economic Offences Wing, Lucknow.
IPS Ghanshyam (2015 batch), SP, Shravasti, has been posted to Lucknow as SP, Security Headquarters.
IPS Shraddha Narendra Pandey (2017 batch), presently Commandant, 38th Battalion PAC, Aligarh, has been made SP, Kanpur Dehat.
IPS Rahul Bhati (2018 batch), SSP, Lucknow, has been shifted as SP, Shravasti.
IPS Lakhan Singh Yadav (2018 batch), presently Deputy Commissioner of Police, Gautam Buddh Nagar, has been transferred and posted as Commandant, 38th Battalion PAC, Aligarh.
IPS Narendra Pratap Singh, presently the SP/Additional SP Baghpat, has been posted as SP, Shamli.
IPS Dr. Pravin Ranjan Singh, Deputy Commissioner of Police/Additional Deputy Commissioner of Police (ADCP), Police Commissionerate, Gautam Buddh Nagar, has been transferred and posted as Deputy Commissioner of Police, Police Commissionerate, Gautam Buddh Nagar itself, in a lateral transfer.
