Leh: In a minor administrative reshuffle in the union territory, the Ladakh administration has transferred three officers of the Indian Police Service (IPS). Accordingly, IPS Shruti Arora has been appointed Superintendent of Police (SP), Police Headquarters, UT Ladakh.
She previously served as the SP of Leh.
The other two appointments include
- IPS Shree Ram R (2019 batch), belonging to the AGMUT cadre and presently serving as SP Kargil, has been transferred and posted as SP Leh.
- IPS Nitin Yadav (2021 batch), serving as Additional SP Kargil, has been promoted and posted as SP Kargil.
The reshuffle aims to strengthen the administrative efficiency and ensure smooth coordination between the Leh and Kargil districts.Â
