Amity University Haryana ensures industry engagements in curriculum design and delivery by shifting from traditional rote learning to a framework centred on competency, creativity, and critical thinking. Central to this approach is the industry-Academia Partnership, where curriculum design is directly informed by market needs.
Students undergo rigorous corporate programs and mandatory professional internships is integrated into the credit system. This ensures that the students gain hands-on experience and become industry-ready professionals when they graduate. Further, integration of research and innovation into the university learning environment makes our students research-driven in their approach and innovative in their outcome.
Aligned with NEP 2020, the university utilises a multidisciplinary “Three-Discipline” model that breaks academic silos, combining technical core competencies with behavioural sciences and foreign languages. Through Outcome-Based Education (OBE) and research-led learning at specialized Centers of Excellence, students participate in high-end projects in frontier areas like Green Energy and AI.

I am happy to add that at AUH, we have implemented the NEP 2020, four-year degree programs with flexibility of courses and multi-entry and exit provisions. Each student graduates with a major area degree and a minor area certification.
The programs are designed for the interest of students and to encourage students to combine core technical skills with behavioural sciences, foreign languages, and communication skills. The students are mentored and motivated for a shift from “assimilating vast bodies of knowledge” to fostering critical thinking, creativity, and innovativeness. The well-qualified faculty of AUH provides support to students for Ideation and Innovative Product Development.
