New Delhi, August 4(APAC Media): PwC has elevated Sandhya Nambiar to Chief People Officer for its Acceleration Centers (ACs) in India.
In her new role, Nambiar will oversee people strategy, talent management, leadership development, employee experience, and workforce transformation initiatives across PwC Acceleration Centers in India. Her responsibilities will include supporting the firm’s talent agenda and aligning workforce priorities with business growth.
The elevation follows her tenure as Deputy Chief People Officer – Senior Director at PwC ACs in India. Before that, she served as Head of Talent Management for the India Acceleration Center, where she led talent-related initiatives across the organization.
Before joining PwC, Nambiar held senior human resources leadership positions at Societe Generale Global Solution Centre and ANZ. Over the years, she has worked across talent management, HR business partnering, organizational transformation, employee experience, and leadership development in global organizations.
