Noida: The Primary Department of Apeejay School, Noida held a plethora of activities to make the students aware about the G-20 event. Inspired by the theme of G-20 2023, ‘Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam – One Earth, One Family, One Future’, being hosted by India at New Delhi, various activities were organised to inculcate the values of togetherness and brotherhood amongst the students.
In a bid to ensure that the students were well aware about the G20 meet, informative infographics were provided to the students. Through a Special Assembly held by the students of the Primary Department, cultural diversities across the globe were celebrated. Numerous colourful dance performances from across the globe were planned to spread awareness about the culture of different countries. The students dressed up in traditional attires of their respective countries, presented an extraordinary visual treat by walking the ramp.
A Food Fiesta was also organized wherein the students of all the classes brought the traditional dishes of the G-20 countries.
Principal, Ms. Ritu Kohli applauded the efforts of the students and threw some light on the significance of G20 Presidency. The Primary Incharge, Ms. Smriti Samuel also appreciated the willingness and enthusiasm of the students to devote their heart and soul to the activities assigned to them. The
43 Heads of Delegations- the largest ever in the G20 – will participate in the final New Delhi Summit to be held on September 9-10, 2023.
