New Delhi: The National Health Authority (NHA) has introduced the AyushmanNHA WhatsApp Chatbot to support the Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission (ABDM). It offers a consolidated platform for training resources and capacity-building materials.
The WhatsApp Chatbox was deployed by the NHA to meet the rising need for effective Information, Education, and Communication (IEC) initiatives among healthcare professionals and facilities adapting to ABDM. The Chatbox assists doctors, hospitals, clinics, and diagnostic labs to understand and navigate the onboarding processes under ABDM.
The AyushmanNHA Chatbox has a user-friendly interface accessible at all times. Learning modules are tailored according to the user’s role (doctor, hospital/clinic representative, or diagnostic lab professional), which provides them with insights into ABDM and its components. The hatbox was developed by NHA through the support of the Koita Foundation.
