Mumbai: Sanjay Gawde has been named by Mahindra Logistics as the organization’s SMP (Senior Management Personnel), as well as the head of administration and human resources.
He will be replacing, Edwin Lobo, who is currently employed and has chosen to retire early on September 30, 2024. The board of directors has chosen Sanjay Gawde to lead the business’s administration and oversee human resources.
Gawde has vast experience in financial services, industrial relations, and ITeS manufacturing consulting in addition to the standard HRM operations. He has also had positions in talent management and rewards. The seasoned professional has also held leadership roles in group rewards and talent management at companies like John Deere and Mahindra & Mahindra Limited.
