Mumbai: Salesforce and Mahindra Finance have announced a partnership to develop Loan Origination Software (LOS) for Micro, Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (MSMEs) in order to enhance operational efficiency for customer satisfaction.
Under the partnership, Mahindra Finance has adopted Salesforce Sales Cloud to boost productivity with built-in AI. This will provide an integrated experience and create a single, unified view of every customer seeking a loan. By utilizing the LOS, Mahindra Finance plans to efficiently and securely build future-ready lending solutions for MSMEs on a unified platform that integrates enterprise data, AI, security, analytics, automation, and low-code development.
The collaboration is expected to help Mahindra Finance’s customers in faster loan disbursals at competitive interest rates in an expanded MSME lending portfolio. It will also help in identifying potential credit risks using advanced analytics for improved customer satisfaction.
