Under the partnership, both companies plan to harness this capability of Llama. Through the use of these models, the companies plan to democratize AI technology across industries to help businesses innovate and solve real-world challenges focusing on customer needs.
By combining PwC India’s domain expertise with Meta’s technical prowess, the collaboration is expected to build and deploy citizen-service AI solutions that will help enhance productivity, boost efficiency, and transform customer experience.
