Mumbai: Syntel by Arvind has launched its new NEOS TeleStar IP PBX to help businesses improve their communication setups. The system was introduced at events in Mumbai on October 15 and in Delhi on October 18.
The NEOS TeleStar is designed for companies looking to combine traditional and VoIP telephony. It’s scalable, supporting 16 to 670 ports, making it suitable for businesses of all sizes. The system also offers a web-based interface for remote management and security features like AES-256 encryption.
Other features include inbuilt voice logging, voicemail, auto-attendant, and conferencing, with the ability to link up to 127 systems over IP for easier management across multiple locations. The system can store up to 12,000 minutes of recorded calls.
Syntel by Arvind’s launch of NEOS TeleStar aims to offer businesses a more efficient and secure way to manage their communication needs, ensuring they can keep up with changing demands.
